Hilot is an ancient Filipino practice of massage promoting holistic physical, emotional and mental healing approach. In traditional villages is passed on within the family line. The practice uses manipulation, acupressure and massage techniques to restore and maintain health and well-being. In some practices, it uses medicinal plants for ailments. Hilot is a great way to complement modern medicine and health practices. 

ABOUT US

We provide mobile or home service massage treatments at the convenience and safety of your home. We can also accommodate appointments at our location upon request only. 


At the scheduled appointment time, we will bring our massage bed, clean towels, oils & other equipment (heat packs and ventosa). 

Our massage practitioners and therapists have formal training and recognised members of the International Institute of Complementary Therapies (IICT) giving you additional assurance on the quality of the portable massage services we provide.
